Nakon što mlada srpska ekipa Ripple nije uspjela pobjediti Squared u meču doigravanja za Vip Adria League, dva njihova igrača, Luka “c0llins” Živanović i Filip “MUFFY” Cvetić, najavila su da napuštaju tim.

Očekivano, čim je završila online sezona VAL-a, krenule su promjene u domaćim ekipama. Prva na redu je Ripple, čije napuštanje je najavio 18-godišnji MUFFY, a potom i in-game leader c0llins. Na Twitteru, c0llins je objasnio svoje odlazak s nedostatkom iskustva u roli vođe tima, a izgleda da već ima nešto novo u planu:

“I decided to step down from Ripple Esports team since it didn’t work out as good as we thought. I made this decision on my own, I don’t feel good in the role of in-game leader, so this option is kinda good for me. I wish my friends nothing but best, they were good teammates and I hope we will continue playing pugs and such together since it is really hard to leave the team like this, but I think that is the right choice. We were a pug team and nothing else. I couldn’t bring structure to the team cuz I don’t have that much experience.
Thanks to our team manager Hanni who supported us in really tough times. I wish him all the best.”

“Looks like after 2 years we are not a team anymore, super sad about that but heads up, wish best of luck to my ex-teammates and very good friends, maybe some other time we will ride again!”

U ovom trenutku, nije sigurno koja je budućnost ekipe, a vjerojatno je da ćemo ih u nekakvom sastavu vidjeti u SEC kvalifikacijama ovaj vikend.
